We are doing our bathroom and have ordered from around 10 different suppliers. We ordered a bath from One Stop Bathrooms and the service was excellent. The bath manufacturer (Eastbrook) rang within a day or so and offered us a choice of delivery dates. The delivery, price and bath were all great. Definitely the best experience of all the different suppliers we’ve used.

Easy to place the order, email confirmation received straight away, but had to chase to check the status of my order as there was no information whether it was dispatched or still in process. Next day I received a call from the customer service confirming the order was dispatched and due for delivery in the next two days. Arrived the next day. Overall great service and good quality item. What a fantastic company, I placed my order for shower enclosure which was cheaper then from shop I bought all my bathroom stuff from.

Placed order, few hours later got a call from a nice lady to tell me about delivery for next day, yes next day, wow that’s quick. Next morning 8am delivery here. What a brilliant service.
