How will my order be processed?
For all deliveries, you will receive a phone call or email from our delivery provider from a friendly, UK based member of the delivery team to arrange a date that is suitable for you.
All medium and large delivery need to be signed for.
Smaller items (shower valves, wastes, etc…) will be delivered by a courier service.
Remote Delivery
If you reside e.g. Channel Island, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Highlands, Northern Ireland, Grampian, Scotland Offshores we will deliver to a UK manned port. It is then your responsibility to arrange delivery from that specific port.
