It’s important to us that you’re happy with your One Stop Bathrooms purchase. If you’re not totally satisfied you can return it within 30 days of receipt of your goods and we will give you a refund by the same method as your original payment.

We work very hard to ensure your beautiful new bathroom reaches you in perfect condition. If in the unfortunate or unlikely event you would like to return your goods for a re-order or due to a fault, we will arrange to collect and deliver your goods free of charge.

Returns due to customer error without a re-order are subject to a 20% (percent) order price fee to arrange the collection.

Return Steps (Damaged or Unwanted Items):

  1. Make sure you have your order number
  2. Email
  3. Tell us about your return, or return and reorder, and we will arrange everything for you
  4. You will be contacted by our delivery team who will arrange a collection day that is suitable for you
  5. Make sure your order is packed in its original packaging ready for collection
  6. Once the collection has been made the funds minus any restocking fee will be returned to the card you used to make your purchase

Yes, we collect all returns with our own collection service.

How long does the returns process take?

Once goods are received back to us, returns normally take between 3 to 15 working days to process.
